How many additional questions can I have?

You can have up to 30 additional questions

These can be answered as

• Free text - the operative can type alpha and numerical data in here
• Number - this is for numerical data only like a phone number
• Yes or No - you can have either Yes or No answer and if for example, if the operative answers No and you require a Yes, you can set the question to flag up on their record and alert the site manager
• File upload - here you can have additional documents uploaded such as DBS checks, certification, driving license, passport etc
