What happens if the operative answers a question incorrectly?

• If the operative answers any of the multiple-choice test questions incorrectly, they will be taken back to the start of the induction slides to review them again. This will repeat until all of the multiple-choice test questions have been answered correctly. 
• You are able to see the question attempts and the incorrect answers given in the operatives record, accessible though the site logs.
