• Disciplinary - flagged contractors (only if included in paid subscription) – used by Primary User profiles only – click flag a contractor button:

• Choose flag level

Yellow or Red, add full name, Contracting Company Name (optional), ID number, public notes (visible to all Primary Users and Editors), private notes (visible to Primary Users only) – click flag a contractor  button to save data

Once a contractor is flagged:

• Option to change flag between colours  
• Full name, Contracting Company Name and ID Number appear  
• Notes – This shows that the contractor has notes against their record. To view these, click on the contractors name to open up their record 
• Edit – allows changes to the status of the flagging or to update the notes    
• Unflag – to remove flag if, and when, status changes  
• If a contractor has been flagged, you can see the coloured flag appear against their name when you view in view site logs

• Once you have selected to flag contractor you will return to the sites page.
