  • Click new induction button – located at the bottom right hand side of the sites page under the heading useful links
  • Enter site name
  • Enter site address & postcode
  • Inductions – dropdown list to provide 1 to 5-day option for when contractors can take the induction prior to arrival on site
  • Delete

    Please note:

If the original induction has been created within the shared section, this will automatically pull the induction through to your new site. Site specifics (EG. Site address, Site maps etc) need to be updated separately within the new induction found under the Sites tab.

If you need to create a new induction without the saved slides in the shared section then you can uncheck the box at the bottom of the page.

  • GDPR: If you have your own GDPR statement which links to your policies, you can delete the statement there and replace it with your own. If you don’t have your own GDPR statement to populate this field, just leave it blank and the standard GetOnSite statement will pull through automatically

  • Under the inductions title you can also amend the following:

    • CSCS Card: This can be amended to the type of ID and ID number you require for contractors to have to allow access to the site
    • Name of your company: This is also amendable, you can choose your wording if you prefer
    • Reason for visiting site: This can also be amended, you may prefer to ask the operative's trade
