Why doesn’t my document upload?
If your document is not uploading you can check a few things before letting us know:
- Check there is a stable and strong internet connection
- Ensure the image is JPEG, PNG or PDF
- it is recommended that the images are taken in advance and saved on the device the induction is being completed on
- You can try and alternative browser
- Clear the cache from the device (usually found in the internet browser settings)
If you are still having issues, please try to take a screenshot of the error that has occurred and send this a description of the issue to inductions@getonsitefast.com and we will investigate further
