What does it mean when it says ‘flagged question’?

In the additional questions section, when we say 'flagged question', this is when an operative gives a certain answer that you want to be notified of.

For example:

Do you have the right to live and work in the UK?

Answers Yes or No. If the operative answers NO, you can choose to have this answer 'as an alert' and shown in the site logs.

This will then show up in the operatives record and you will also be able to see a red dot at the end of their record in the site logs
