How to view and download site logs

  • You may need to download the data collected about your operatives on a site to site basis. you can do this on the sites page


  • Click on the view site logs link at the end of the induction you wish to look at

CLOSED sites: if you are a Primary user, you also have access to the Closed sites site log. The closed sites are found at the bottom of the Sites page and you will see the following View Site Logs button adjacent to the name of the closed site:


  • This is the view of the site logs. Here you will see the order of operatives that have completed the induction


  • To download the site logs and operative information to a csv. file (MS Excel), click on the box with the upwards arrow in in it 


  • The Site log will download all information to a .csv file for you to save
