How to request a new site induction build from GetOnSite 

  • If you are an existing customer and you would like us to build a new site induction for you, we would require the following information

For construction:

  • PowerPoint presentation of your induction slides. All content will need to be created and amended by the client
  • The induction build template questions to be completed in full. Note, for the test questions, please supply a minimum of three questions with one correct answer and two incorrect answers


GetOnSite Template Questions 

    

Please complete the following information to set your new site up. Please complete and return to inductions@getonsitefast.com   

Please ensure you include a PO number (if required) for this new site induction:  

  

  1. Location name and address.   
  2. Site Manager/s name and email addresses.   
  3. Choose your Site Managers access rights: Editor/Viewer.   
  4. Your site induction slides – on PowerPoint.   
  5. The induction go live date.  
  6. The project duration or the expected end date.   
  7. We send you a starter pack which includes flyers & posters with the site pin. Where would you like this pack to be sent and for the attention of (address & postcode required):   
  8. Which PPE icons do you require for this site? for example - hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, overalls  

 

If your subscription includes: 

   

Multiple choice questions:  

  • Please supply your test questions for the end of the induction to include at least 3 questions with One correct answer highlighted. Please also ensure you provide at least 2 incorrect answers for each question.   

  • Based on the questions you have provided us with, how many of these questions need to be answered correctly before allowing an operative to continue to the next section of the induction? A minimum of 3, to a maximum of 40.   

 

Additional Questions: 

  • Please supply the text for the Additional Questions that you would like to add – you can have up to 30 additional questions. 

  • You can choose between the following answer options: Yes/No, Free Text or Numbers. 

  • Please also specify if you’d like any of these questions set as mandatory. 

  • Question answers can be set to alert the site manager if required. 

 

Uploads:  

  • Which documents do you require your operatives to upload?   

  • Please supply the text that you would like to add to the named upload section – you can have up to 20 individual uploads:  

E.g. 

  • i) Please upload a copy of the front of your CSCS card – Mandatory to upload  

  • ii) Please upload a copy of the back of your CSCS card – Mandatory to upload  

  • iii) Please upload a copy of Asbestos Awareness training certificate – Not mandatory to upload  

**Please highlight if any of the chosen uploads are to be set as mandatory to upload**  

  

Once we have the above information, we will schedule in your build and will let you know when it will be completed for you.


For events:

  • PowerPoint presentation of your induction slides. All content will need to be created and amended by the client

To enable us to setup your event induction – Please complete and return the following information to inductions@getonsitefast.com

  1. Location name and address.
  2. Primary user/s to be set up (full name and email address).
  3. Event/Site manager/s name and email addresses.
  4. Your site induction slides – on PowerPoint.
  5. The intended go live date.
  6. The project duration or the expected end date.
  7. Please confirm the static dates for operatives to select for the first day onsite.
  8. The approximate number of operatives completing the induction for this event.
  9. We send you a starter pack which includes: flyers, posters & user guides. Where would you like this to be sent and for the attention of? (postcode required).
  10. How many test questions would you like for this induction, minimum 3 maximum 40?
  11. Please supply your test questions for the end of the induction with answers - the correct answers should be highlighted. 
  12. What PPE icons do you require for this site? for example - hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, safety glasses, ear protection, face mask.
  13. Would you like to add additional text to the upload section? i.e. What do you require your contractors to upload. For example ‘Please upload a copy of your driving license if you are required to drive a buggy and training certificates'.
  14. Would you like the upload feature to be mandatory i.e. the operative must upload an image before moving to the next page.
