How do I edit the shared section (Slides)?

  • Each time a new site is created this first induction is pulled through when creating a new site and only the site specifics (these might include the site address, site map, site contacts etc) need updating within the new site induction slides section

  • Delete step: Removes that whole section (all pages) of the induction
  • Lock: If a shared section is locked by a primary user, then the content of that section of an induction cannot be modified
  • Edit step:  Allows updates and changes to this section of the induction
  • Changing the order of sections: Place your curser on the section you want to move and drag it above or below another section

Building/editing the shared section induction:

  • Page 1 – Section title, upload / edit images, edit text, upload / edit videos, upload / edit PDF files, upload / edit audio files – click save
  • Page 2 – as above
  • Add / Remove pages as necessary
  • Click save once amendments have been made

  • There is also the option to add more content into the induction by selecting the options at the bottom or at the side of the page

  • Once you have finished editing, click save
Delete

Please note:

Any amendments or updates made to the induction in the Shared Section will not be copied into any other opened sites.
