Why can’t contractors access the online induction?
There could be several reasons why this might be happening. Here’s a couple of solutions to try:
- Make sure you are giving the contractor the correct 4-digit induction pin which can be found on the administrator portal. Induction pins are site specific, so each one will be unique
- Make sure the induction has been published. To do this click on the ‘update induction’ button on the selected induction and scroll to the bottom. Here you will see the ‘publish induction’ button. Each time you update or amend your induction it will need to be re-published
- Ensure your contractors are using the correct link: https://induction.getonsitefast.com
