How to update GDPR statement

GDPR: 

  • If you have your own GDPR statement which links to your policies, you can delete the statement there and replace it with your own. If you don’t have your own GDPR statement to populate this field, just leave it blank and the standard GetOnSite statement will pull through automatically  


  • To amend this, start at the sites page

  • Under the site you wish to amend, click on the edit site button

  • On this page you can find the GDPR statement box. The standard GetOnSite GDPR statement will be shown but you can clear this text and retype/amend or paste your company GDPR statement in to this box


  • Once you are happy with this text, click the save button

  • NOTE - The Acknowledgement Statement can be amended using the same process.
